Target and Goal Module : Target based on Call

The user can now create targets and goals based on calls.

To create the Target, please follow the steps below:- 

1. From the Home page, click on Admin Settings, then click on Target under the Performance Settings section.



2. To create a target, click on New Target, select Target Based On as Call, and fill in the other details such as:-

  1. Type: Collection or Activity
  2. Subtype: All or Completed only
  3. Category: Choose the appropriate category from the list. 


3. Click on the Submit button. This will create the target based on calls.
