Create & Edit Nudges-Target Based

Create & Edit Nudges

  1. From URVA home page, go to Admin Settings.
  2. Under Automation select Nudges & click on NEW>> Nudge at bottom right corner to create new Nudge.
  3. Under Info tab,  to create nudges fill in the fields like Name of nudge, Description, type of nudge, Execute (we have to select custom),
  4. Now we have to select the Prepare at (In this field we will put date and time n which nudges to get created), Execute at (In this field we will put date and time n which nudges to get executed).
  5. To prepare and execute nudges, we need to click on the link https://crontab.guru/ and then select date and time format based on your requirement & click on Next.
  6. Under the Condition tab, choose either One by One or Grouped based on the notification criteria of ground level or manager level.
  7. Now Select Type as Created date with From Days to To Days. 
  8. Select Type condition. For example:, nudges to be sent if Achieved Target is less than 25%. Under "Until", choose the date to which you want to repeat the nudge.
  9. Under Action, you select the action, template and receiver. (We can select action as if nudges will be shown as push notification, messages and emails)
  10.  Under User Selection, select users to whom you want to whom the nudge will be sent based on Roles, Bands, Hierarchy or Supervisors.
  11. Click on Submit to create the new Nudge.
