From the Home page, go to Goals.
Click + New Goal to start.
Enter the Goal Name and a short Description.
Set Target Type as Call and Target On as All.
Choose the relevant Type and Collection.
Select the Occurrence (this is how often the goal will be tracked—e.g., weekly, monthly).
Choose the Mapped Target from the dropdown.
Select the Hierarchy and Roles to assign the goal.
Under Mapping, either:
Assign targets manually to users
Or bulk upload target values using a file.
Click Submit. ✅ Your call-based goal is now created and active!
