Creating a Call-Based Goal in URVA

Goals help you track performance against set targets. This guide will show you how to create a call-based goal and assign it to your team using simple steps.

Steps to Create a Call-Based Goal

  • From the Home page, go to Goals.

  • Click + New Goal to start.

  • Enter the Goal Name and a short Description.

  • Set Target Type as Call and Target On as All.

  • Choose the relevant Type and Collection.

  • Select the Occurrence (this is how often the goal will be tracked—e.g., weekly, monthly).

  • Choose the Mapped Target from the dropdown.

  • Select the Hierarchy and Roles to assign the goal.

  • Under Mapping, either:

    • Assign targets manually to users

    • Or bulk upload target values using a file.

  • Click Submit. ✅ Your call-based goal is now created and active!
