Create Call scripts under Templates in URVA
This document guide will walk you through the steps to utilize call templates effectively for better customer interactions. With call templates, you can streamline your communication process and ensure consistency in your conversations.
Access Admin Settings from the home page.
Click on Templates and then select +New Template.
Choose the template type as Call and enter the template name & description.
Enter the script for the call under Call Template.
Add multiple call scripts by clicking on the + icon if necessary.
Optionally, enable "Auto Scroll" for a seamless reading experience during the call.
Click Add to save the template.
Start the call and refer to the selected script/template during the conversation with the customer.
