How to Set Call Targets for Users

Setting call-based targets helps managers track how much time users spend on calls. This guide walks you through how to quickly create a target based on call duration using simple steps.

  1. From the URVA home page, go to Targets.
  2. Click on + New Target to start creating a new one.
  3. Select the target type as Call.
  4. Enter a name for the target and add a short description.
  5. Choose the appropriate Type and Sub-Type for your target.
  6. Select the Collection the target applies to and set the Category as "Duration (sec)" if it's call-based.
  7. Choose the collection again at the end and click Submit.
  8. Your call-based target will now be created successfully.
