To check the Cloud call records on the Web, please follow the steps below:-
From the URVA Home page > Click on the Call reports under the Analytics.
Check the Status Completed or Field.
- Pick any record to view all the cloud call details and call recording.
To check the Cloud call details on mobile, please follow the step below:-
From the URVA home page > Click on the Account module.
- Scroll up and click on the Contacts.
- Pick the Collection name > and pick the Customer for whom you want to view the Cloud call details.
- Scroll and click on the Calls option.
- You will able to view all the details of the cloud calls.
