Searching for a Customer While Creating a Task in URVA

When creating a task, URVA allows you to search and auto-fetch customer details using different identifiers. This helps reduce manual entry and ensures accurate information is used.

What You Can Search With:

  • Customer Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Unique Customer ID

  • While creating a task

  • Under the Contacts section in the Work module or directly from the URVA home page

  1. From the URVA home page, go to Work.

  2. Click on Create a Task and then Check-In.

  3. On the task form page, locate the customer search field.

  4. Enter the customer's name, phone number, email address, or unique ID.

  5. The system will automatically show matching customer details.

  6. Select the correct customer from the results.

  7. Fill out the remaining form and submit the task.

  8. Also, go to Contacts from URVA home page or under Work.

  9. Click the search option to find the details.

Alternative Search via Contacts:

  1. From the URVA home page or under the Work section, go to Contacts.

  2. Use the search option to find a customer using name, number, email, or unique ID.

  3. Tap on the customer to view full details.

Important Note:
Make sure the customer already exists in the system. If you can't find a match, try a different search field or confirm that the correct data was entered.
