What is the process for submitting the task from the Draft module?
In URVA, if you are unable to complete a task/ meeting schedule due to inavailaility of customers or the internet connectivity issue in that case the any incomplete action is automatically saved in the Draft part of the URVA app.
To compete the Drafted tasks, please follow the below troubleshooting :-
From the "URVA" home page, Click on the "Account" Tab.
Click on the "Drafts" option under the "Account Center". You will see the list of drafted tasks.
Click on the "Open" option to complete the task or Click on the "Discard" option to delete the task form the "Draft" module.
Fill the form if required, Click on the "Submit" option.
Click on "Submit now" option.
