Quick task creation(Mobile user)

You can now add the Quick Task URVA widget to your screen, enabling you to effortlessly capture activity details like photos and audio recordings.

To enable the Quick Task URVA widget, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, Click on the Work module. 
  2. Click on the Flash button to enable the Quick Task URVA widget. 
                                      

To start the task using the steps below:- 

  1. Click on the URVA widget, then Click the Image to capture photo and Record the Audio.(these will be saved in the Draft module within the application). 

To complete the task from Draft, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, click on Accounts.
  2. Navigate to the Draft option and click on it.
  3. Click on the Open button to access the draft.
  4. Click on the Diversity icon to copy the data.
  5. Paste the copied data into the relevant fields.
  6. Fill in the remaining details as required.
  7. Click on the Submit button to finalize and submit the task.
