To complete the tasks, please follow the below steps:-

1. From the URVA home page, Click on the "Work" button. 
   
2. Click on the "Create or + " option. 
   
3. Pick the "Activity" and pick the "Territory". Give a "Name" of the task. (if optional) 
   
4. Click on the "CHECK IN" button and click on the "NEXT" button. 
5. Fill the form as per the requirementlick on the "Submit" button. 
6. Click on the "SUBMT NOW" button.
