Task closure with OTP

Now you can authenticate the task closure with OTP verification.

Here is how OTP verification while closing a task works:

  1. From ork tab, go to task which you need to close.
  2. After clicking Submit, there will be option to Generate OTP.
  3. Click on that and the customer's number will receive the OTP.  (The OTP is mapped to the mobile number field of the form)
  4. Enter the OTP and verify.
  5. Then Submit to proceed to close task.
