Capture orders via app

 To Capture orders via URVA app, simply follow these steps:- 

  1. From URVA home page. Scroll down until you reach your activity form.
  2. Within the activity form, click on "In-Progress/To-Do".
    (Note: "In-progress" These are tasks you're actively working on right now)
    (Note: "To-do" These are tasks you need to do, but you haven't started them yet)
  3. Next, locate and select the "Plus Icon +" located in the right corner of the screen.
  4. Click on the "+New" option to proceed.
  5. Scroll further and click on the "Check-in" option.
  6. Once you have successfully "Checked-in", click on the "Next" option.
  7. New form will open, Fill in all the required details as per the specified criteria and then press "Next".
  8. Search for the desired "Product" you wish to add to the activity. Enter the product "Quantity" and "Price".
  9. To proceed, click on "Proceed".
  10. Finally, upon reviewing the details, click on the "Submit now" option.
  11. After clicking "Submit now", your order will be captured and processed.
By diligently following these steps, you can efficiently complete your desired actions within the URVA platform.
