Verify email address from URVA mobile app

The email verification feature ensures that your email is authenticated, allowing you to seamlessly use all URVA functionalities. If your email isn't verified, you'll receive a prompt to complete the process. Here's how it works:

  1. Receive an alert on your mobile device if your email is not verified whenever you login in URVA app.
  2. The alert displays options: Verify Now, Already Verified, or Later.
  3. Click Verify Now to start the verification process.
  4. You will be redirected to your default email app with a pre-filled email verification template.
  5. The "To" field is pre-filled with the your email address to eb verified.
  6. The subject is formatted as "URVA | Email verification for {Username} | {Org code}".
  7. The email body includes a predefined verification code. Click Send to complete the verification process.
  8. Once verified, you will receive a notification stating your email is successfully verified.
