Manager action on Team directory

Managers Role can now view attendance in story format, change passwords, reset user logins, enable support mode, share visiting cards, and assign activities and collections using the mobile application.

To View the attendance status as story, please follow the below steps:- 

  1. From the Home Page, Click on the Team module. 
  2. Click on the User's profile to view their attendance status. 


To change the password please follow the steps below:-

  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on three dots from the right corner.
  3. You can see Contact list and click on three dots (More options).
  4. Choose the Change password 
  5. Fill New password and Confirm password.
  6. Finally, click on Change Password to save these changes.



To reset the device, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on three dots from the right corner.
  3. You can see Contact list and click on three dots (More options).
  4. Click on Reset devices.
  5. Click on the Reset all button.
  6. Click on YES to reset the device.


To Enable the Support Mode, please follow the steps below:-

  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on three dots from the right corner.
  3. You can see Contact list and click on three dots (More options).
  4. Click on the Support mode.
  5. You can see session duration (in minutes) Note- You can enable the season between 1 to 120 minutes.
  6.  Click on OK to enable. 


To share the Visiting card, Please follow the steps below:- 
  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on three dots from the right corner.
  3. You can see Contact list and click on three dots (More options).
  4. Click on Assign activity.
  5. You can see Pop-up with Visiting card link.
  6. Copy the Link and share


To assign the Activity, please follow the steps below:-  
  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on three dots from the right corner.
  3. You can see contact list and click on three dots (More options).
  4. Click on Assign activity.
  5. You can see the list of activities, pick the Activity that you wants to assign to the user.
  6. Click on OK and activity assigned successfully. 


To assign collection, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, go to the Team.
  2. Choose the user and click on  (three dots from the right corner).
  3. You can see Contact list and click  (More options).
  4. Click on Assign collection.
  5. You can see the list of collections, pick the collection that you wants to assign to the user.
  6. Click on OK and collection assigned successfully.
