Masking in Collection/Activity (In cloud call option)

The details of any specific field can be masked for both Mobile and Web users.

To enable this functionality, please follow the steps below:-

  1. From the URVA home page, click on Admin Settings.
  2. Go to Activity Settings and click on Activity.
  3. Select the Form and choose the field you want to mask for the users.
  4. Click on Validations.
  5. Enable the Enable PII option and click on the Save button.
  6. Finally, click on the Save button again to save the activity.
