Auto-Deactivation & Inactivity Rules

Auto-Deactivation & Inactivity Rules

URVA allows admins to automatically deactivate inactive users, send inactivity reminders, and mark absconding cases — ensuring only active users remain enabled.

Steps to Configure

  1. Go to Admin Settings > User Access Config.

  2. Enable "Auto deactivate users for non-usage and non-attendance".

  3. Enter the number of days after which users will be deactivated.

  4. Select roles to skip this rule.

  5. Enable Auto Absconding Days and set the duration. Configure Inactivity Reminder – choose recipient roles and time.

  6. Click Submit to save and activate the rule.
