Editing Price in the Order Form

This help document explains how users can edit the price field in the order form and how the system responds to those changes.

Who Can Use This Feature?

Users with access to the Order Form tab can edit prices before submitting an order in a task.

What You Can Do

• Edit the Price Field:
  Adjust the unit price manually before placing the order.

• Input Validation:
  Only numerical values are accepted (e.g., 100, 99.50). Non-numeric inputs are not allowed.

• Live Total Update:
  The Total Amount updates instantly based on the new price you enter.

• Auto Save on Submit:
  Once you complete the form and click submit, the new price is saved and reflected in your order summary.

How to Edit the Price

1. Go to the task, then Order form.

2. Search product from the list and enter quantity.
   

3. The price will be auto-populated under Price field next to each product.
   

4. Click inside the field and enter the desired value.

5. The Total will auto-calculate in real-time.

6. Click Submit to save your changes.

• You must enter a valid number. Example: 199.99

• Text or special characters will not be accepted.

• The change is only applied before submission—not after.
