Set-up an Auto Allocation Rule
Auto-Allocation helps you to assign the collection items/ tasks in automatically to the users:
- From home page, go to "Auto-Allocation".
- Click +NEW (bottom right corner) to create a new auto-allocation rule.
- Under Configuration, give label name to the rule.
- Select Module as Collection or Task.
- According the selection, you will choose Collection or Activity to apply the rule.
- The target module will be auto selected as Users.
- Username will be selected in Allocation based on field.
- Under Mapping, Select the target and source fields. The item will be assigned on the basis of field matching.
- Under Criteria, choose either Direct or Round Robin in Assignment Algorithm.
- Select the roles on which the rule will be executed.
- Click Add Criteria, select field as Created Date and operator as any time field.
- Click submit to Submit the auto-allocation rule.
