OTP Verification in Form

Enable the OTP verification in activity form:

  1. Go to Activities and opn the activity,
  2. Open the mobile number field and enable the "Validate mobile through OTP".



  3. Select stages for verification. Then enter the SMS template and DLT Id through which SMS will be sent.


  4. Save the Activity form.

OTP Verification in URVA app:

  1. Open task and go to mobile number field.
  2. Enter the mobile number and click "Generate OTP".

  3. An otp will be sent to the mobile number. Enter & validate the otp.

  4. OTP will be successfully validated.
