How to start a chat on URVA connect?

Start chat with a customer on web:

  1. Open URL: feetport.app
  2. Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
  3. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
  4. Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect.
  5. Click on  scan icon from top right corner.
  6. Then click Next and you will be able to view the chat screen.
