How to close chats in URVA connect?

Follow the steps to resolve/ chat:
  1. From URVA web, go to OPEN tab.
  2. Click any chat to open.
  3. You will see a tick mark  option to close the chat.
  4. Click "OK" on the confirmation pop-message.
  5. The chat will be moved from OPEN tab to CLOSED.
  6. You can view all the closed/ resolved chats under CLOSED tab.
