Login in URVA Connect

Login in URVA Connect mobile app:

  1. Download the URVA Connect app from Play Store or App Store.
  2. Open the app. Now swipe to left till you get the login option.
  3. Now click on Login.
  4. On the next screen, enter Org Code.
  5. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
  6. Now you will be able to see home screen of Converge with Open, Progress and Closed chat.
  7. Start replying to customers messages.
  8. Under Open tab, you can view Unassigned unread chats of new customers. you will get an option of "Tap to start chat". Just click & start talking to customers messages.



Login on Web App:

  1. Open URL: "org cdoe".feetport.app
  2. Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
  3. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
  4. Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
  5. Go to Conversations to view chats with customers.
  6. Here you can see all the three tabs:- Open, Progress and Closed chat.
  7. Under Open tab, you can view Unassigned unread chats of new customers. you will get an option of "Tap to start chat". Just click & start talking to customers messages.
