URVA users can add area field in Customer Collection in Bulk by using steps which are mentioned below :

To add areas/codes in bulk , please follow the steps below :

• From BSNL Salesport Homepage, go to Customers under Collection.
• Select Retailers and the retailers list will be opened.

• Now click on the +ADD button and choose Excel.

• Download the template and add Area code and Area name accordingly.
• Drag and drop the file .
• Finally click on the upload button to upload the data.
  
• The data will be downloaded successfully.
