1. From BSNL Salesport Homepage, go to the Customers under Collections.
2. Select the Retailers from the list.
3. Click on the +NEW icon and then choose UPLOAD to add customers in bulk.
4. Click on TEMPLATE to download an excel sheet. An excel template will be downloaded into the excel format.
5. Enter details in an excel template and save it on your computer.
6. Drag and Drop an excel file or choose a file to Upload.
7. Click on UPLOAD. Finally, data in the EXCEL sheet will be uploaded.
