Update or Assign Retailers to Users

Update or Assign Retailers in Bulk :

  1. From BSNL SalesPort Homepage, Go to the "Customers" under "Collections".
  2. Select the "Retailers" from the list of collections.
  3. Export the 'Retailers' by clicking on the downward arrow (right-hand side of the screen).Enter details in an Excel template such as Area names, Area Codes. 
  4.  the last column "Assigned To" enter the Username of the field users for the retailers assignment and Save the file.
  5. Click on the "+NEW" icon and then choose the Bulk upload option to add customers in bulk.
  6. Click on TEMPLATE to download the template as an Excel sheet.
  7. "Copy-Paste" the retailers data from old template to new template and Save the file. 
  8. Click on the "Browse for Files" button and select the saved data and Open.
  9. Click on UPLOAD. Finally, data in the EXCEL sheet will be uploaded.
