Task creation without territory assignment

A territory must be assigned to a user in order for them to view customers and perform tasks. In cases, we can allow users to perform tasks without any territory assignment.

To enable the permission, follow the steps:
  1. From the URVA home page, go to Admin Settings.
  2. Click on Activities, then choose the relevant Activity Form.
  3. Navigate to the Access section and open Mobile App Preferences.
  4. Enable the toggle for "Allow task creation without territory".
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
