Task Completion Email Notifications – Territory-Based Logic

When a task is marked completed, URVA automatically sends email alerts based on specific conditions:

Who Receives the Email?

  • The reporting manager of the user who completed the task.

  • The second-level reporting manager (manager’s manager).

  • Any user with a designated role (e.g., Manager, Auditor) configured to receive completion alerts.

  • The user completing the task may or may not have a territory assigned (depending on your configuration).

  • Emails are sent only if the recipient’s assigned territory matches the customer’s territory involved in the task.

  • If the user in the specified role does not have the matching territory, the email will not be sent.
