Send chat invite to Customer from Contacts

URVA now lets you seamlessly invite customers for a chat on popular platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram.

Here’s how you can get started:
  1. Go to the Work section from the URVA home page.
  2. Scroll through the assigned contacts list to find the customer you want to invite.
  3. Click Action next to the chosen customer.
  4. Select URVA Connect and pick your preferred messaging platform.
  5. Pick the template message you want to send and hit Send.
  6. Your message is on its way! Get ready to chat with your customer.
