Managing and Assigning Routes to your team in URVA

Managing your daily customer visits just got easier with URVA’s new Add/Remove Customers feature in the Beat Plan. If you a manager, you can now adjust visit lists in real time—directly from your web dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide for route assignment

  1. Go to Beat Plan- From the home page, navigate to the Beat Plan module.


  2. Select Active Beat Plan- Choose the active beat plan where you want to assign or edit customer visits.


  3. A calendar view will appear, showing customer assignments on specific dates.


  4. You can switch between different views such as: User Allocation & Geographical Allocation.


  5. Click on Pending tab to view allocated customers. Click on Add New Customer. A window will open—select the desired customer(s).


  6. Add them to the selected date’s route.


  7. Remove Customers- Select the customer already assigned.


  8. Click the Remove item to delete them from that day’s route.


  9. The area remains, but the customer list updates.

Important Notes

  • You can only add customers from the area assigned for that date.

  • If all customers are removed from a date, that date stays assigned to the same area.

  • You cannot add customers from another area unless area assignment is changed by the admin.

  • This feature is permission-based. If you don’t see the option, contact your manager/admin.
