URVA Route Plan: Your Daily Field Visit Guide

URVA’s beat plan feature makes it simple for users to navigate between customer locations. By choosing a specific date, users can view a map showing all the customer's location they need to visit, helping them complete tasks more efficiently.

URVA’s Route Plan feature helps field users efficiently organize their daily visits by auto-mapping the best path to customer locations. Here's how to access and use it:

Steps to access the beat plan route:

  1. From URVA home page, go to Work and navigate to the Beat Plan at the bottom.
                                                       

  2. Choose View by Date or View by Area to view the assigned customers.


  3. You will see the list of assigned areas.


  4. Click on any area to view the Met and Not Met Customers.


  5. To create a route, open the calendar, tap the hamburger icon, and click Add to Route.


  6. The selected customers for that day will be added to your route.
                                                  

  7. Tap the Map icon (top right corner) to view the list of customers mapped.


  8. Click Route and choose your starting point:
    1. Home
    2. Office Address
    3. Current Location
                                                                                       

  9. URVA will auto-generate a route with numbered stops starting from the nearest customer marked as 1.
                                                     

  10. Select a customer and click Navigate to get real-time directions via your preferred maps app.






URVA's Route Plan eliminates manual planning for field visits. It allows you to stay organized, reduce backtracking, and confidently manage your day’s work with clarity. Whether you're visiting 3 customers or 30, your route is mapped, and your day is sorted.
