Create & edit beat plan for mobile users
Create beat plans for team journey planning:
1. From the URVA Home page, scroll a little down under Team management and click Beat Plan
2. After clicking it if Beat Plan has already been created then the user can view the same on this screen.
3. If no Beat Plan is created then user can create a new one by clicking on the +NEW
Button.
4. Now type the Name of the Beat Plan.
5. Select the Start Date
and End Date
for this Beat Plan.
6. Next select
the collection.
7. After filling in all the Mandatory fields click OK. Now you have create a plan and now you can assign work to your team under that plan.
Edit Beat Plan for users:
- Click on the relevant Beat Plan.
- Click on
Edit
to change it as per requirement and then click on OK button to update it.
