FOS/RM Responsibilities

Dailly Activities:

 

  1. Mark in and Mark Out attendance
  2. View retailers
  3. View Beat Plan
  4. Take orders by retailer visit

 

  • Mark in and mark out attendance: FOS need to MARK IN at the start of his shift and MARK OUT at the end of his shift.

  • View retailers: FOS can view the retailers assigned to him in BSNL Salesport and take orders against those retailers as per the assigned routes.

  • View Beat Plan: FM/RMC can assign routes to FOS under Beat Plan. When FOS will access the routes in Salesport app, then they can view the list of retailers falling on a particular area.

  • Take Orders or Location by retailer visit:
FOS can visit the retailers according to the routes assigned to him on daily basis. In this way, he can take orders form retailers for sim and ctopup.
