Call Logs in Customer 360

This document will guide on accessing call logs within the Customer 360 interface and review communication history and gain valuable insights.

Follow these steps to navigate to call logs seamlessly:
  1. From URVA home page, go to Customers.
  2. Choose the customer profile you want to view call logs for.
  3. A call icon is displayed in the right sidebar of the customer profile page.
  4. Users click on the call icon to access the call logs associated with the selected customer.
  5. You will see a complete list of all the phone calls made with that customer.
