View customers met in Location analytics
With URVA’s Location Analytics feature, users can easily track tasks completed at various customer locations. By selecting specific collections and users, you can get a clear view of the locations where activities have been performed, making it easier to manage and analyze customer visits.
Follow the steps below to use this feature:
- From the home page, go to Location Analytics.
- Select the user whose location data you want to view and choose the date from the top left corner. (click here to know more)
- In the top right corner, click "Select Collection" to view the list of customer collections.
- You can select either a single or multiple collections to view the tasks completed at customer locations.
- The map will then display location pointers filtered based on the selected customer visits within the collection.
- You can download the information of these customer visits in excel format as well by clicking on export option
