URVA's Campaign Module: Your All-in-One Solution for Sending Targeted Messages
- From the "URVA" home page, Click on the "Campaign" under the "Customer Relationship".
- Click on "+NEW" option.
- Fill the details, give a name of the Campaign and select the "Collection, Filter and Type". (Filter is created in customer collection based on which the system will choose customers to send campaign messages)
- Select the Platform "(WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, or Push notification)" under the "Platform" option.
- Click on the Template and select the template which you want to sent the users.
- Click on "Save as Draft" option to save the Campaign as draft or Click on on "Send later" option to send later or Click on the "Send now" option to send immediately.
