Create a campaign to send broadcast messages:

1. From URVA homepage, go to the Campaign under Customer Relationships.
   
2. Click on New to create a campaign. (You will see a list of campaign which were already created)
   
3. Give a name to the campaign then choose the collection, Filter, and Type such as Contacts or Users from the dropdowns.
   
4. Click on Next, and choose the platform to send broadcast messages such as Telegram , WhatsApp , Twitter , Facebook , or Push Notification .
5. Click Next, type the messages, and then click Next again to select the option to send the messages. For example, if the user wants to send the messages immediately, he will select "Send Now ," and if he wants to send it later, he will select "Send Later , " or if he wants to  save the messages, he will select "Save as draft ."
6. Finally, click on Publish.
