Steps to map template with an Activity

Map template with an Activity

Map any template with an activity form following these steps:

  1. From URVA Home page, under Admin settings go to Basic Setup and click on Templates.
  2. Click on the + New Template to add a new template and select any template type such as PDF, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Notification.
  3. Fill in details with Template Name, and Template Description and select an Activity.
  4. Create a customized template with FORM DATA and META.
  5. Click on the  Save from the right top corner and confirm with "YES"
  6. Finally click on FINISH.
