Create different templates on URVA

One can create a template for notifications to be sent to any user or customer via SMS, Email, WhatsApp or a push notification. 

Create templates by following the steps mentioned below:

  1. From URVA home page, go to Admin Settings and then click on Templates.
  2. Click on the +New Template  icon to add a new template and select any template type such as PDF, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Notification.
  3. Choose the template type and then and fill details with NameDescription.
  4. Choose whether the template would be general or would be and based on any Activity form.
  5. Create a customized template with FORM DATA and META details.
  6. Click on Save  and your template will be created.
