Create different templates on URVA
One can create a template for notifications to be sent to any user or customer via SMS, Email, WhatsApp or a push notification.
Create templates by following the steps mentioned below:
- From URVA home page, go to Admin Settings and then click on Templates.
- Click on the
+New Template
icon to add a new template and select any template type such as PDF, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Notification. - Choose the template type and then and fill details with Name, Description.
- Choose whether the template would be general or would be and based on any Activity form.
- Create a customized template with FORM DATA and META details.
- Click on
Save
and your template will be created.
Configuring Landing Screens for Notifications:
While setting up a push notification, you can configure the landing screen that opens when the notification is clicked on mobile. To do this, include the following details in the notification template:
- Module – Select the module where the target screen is located.
- Type – Choose whether the navigation is direct, specific, or listing-based.
- Canonical Name – Use
{{form_meta | canonical_name}}
as the canonical name. - Screen ID – Enter the unique ID of the landing screen.
This ensures that users are directed to the intended screen when they tap on the notification.
