Enabling and Managing Multiple Users at the Same Hierarchical Level in URVA
This feature allows you to create and manage multiple users at the same hierarchical level under a specific role. Once enabled, users at this level will be able to perform and view all tasks accessible to their parallel users, as well as tasks for the specific person they are assigned to. Follow the steps below to enable and configure this feature.
Step 1: Enable the Feature at the Company Level- Get the feature enabled for your organization from URVA team
Step 2: Configure the Feature at the Role Level
- Go to Roles from URVA home page.
- Select the role for which you want to enable this feature.
- In the role settings, enable the option for Make an Associate..
- Click Update to apply the changes to the role.
Step 3: Create Associate User
- Once the company and role configurations are complete, go to Users under Users & Identity.
- Create a new user. (Click here to know how)
- Under Profile, enable "Create this user as associate?" and then select Associate of User.
- Select User and then associate's role and reporting manager will automatically selected.(which will not be non-editable)
- Create the user as per the steps.
