This guide will help you use the feature to attach media from URVA Drive and share templates in a chat thread.
Follow the steps below to easily share relevant information and resources during your conversations.
Open your URVA app, go to the Connect tab to access the chat section.
Select the chat in which you want to share the media/ files.
Click on + icon & select URVA Drive as the source and browse to find the media you want to share.Choose the desired files, and confirm to attach them.The recipient will receive the media/ file in the chat thread, and you can continue the conversation and respond as needed.
