Why I am getting "User account already is use. Try with another or contact your admin" Error?

User Account ALready in use

A User will get this error when he tries to log in from a different device without logging out of the previous device. URVA  mobile application cannot be used on two different devices with the same credentials due to security reasons.

To resolve this, the User needs to "Delete Device" from the Web App. Field users can contact the Administrator or call at URVA Support for help.
