When I am tapping on CHECK IN, the page it is only loading, What do I do?
This error usually comes when the location is tunred off or battery optimization of the device is enabled. To check the same please perform the steps mentioned below:
To Enable Location Services:
- Go to your Device Settings.
- Select "Location" settings.
- Enable Location and choose "High Accuracy" mode. (This is available in Android 11 or below)
To Adjust Battery Optimization Settings:
- Open the device's Settings.
- Tap on "Device Maintenance" (or simply "Settings").
- Select "App and notification" from the options.
- Click on "Special app access."
- Tap the three dots (usually at the top right) to access more options and select "Battery Optimization."
- On the "Optimize Battery Usage" screen, choose "All apps" from the drop-down menu to see all the apps on your device.
Note: The above options are device specific.
