When I am tapping on CHECK IN, the page it is only loading, what do I do?
This error usually comes when the location or battery optimization of the device is not disabled.
Note: The option availability may vary with the device.
To change Battery optimization settings, please follow these steps:
Open the Settings on the device and search Battery optimisation.
Tap on the Battery optimisation option
- Now search URVA in the search bar.
Click on Urva1 from the list of apps and choose Don’t Optimize and tap on DONE.
Exit Settings and open the Urva1 application.
Open task and tap on CHECK-IN.
You will be able to perform tasks on URVA.
