CHECK IN Troubleshooting with steps

When I am tapping on CHECK IN, the page it is only loading, what do I do?

This error usually comes when the location or battery optimization of the device is not disabled.

To check this please perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

  • Go to Device Settings   and Search "Location"  settings.
  • Open the location "Settings" and Enable the "Location".
Note: The option availability may vary with the device.




 

To change Battery optimization settings, please follow these steps: 

  • Open the Settings on the device and search Battery optimisation.
  • Tap on the Battery optimisation option 
  • Now search URVA in the search bar.
  • Click on Urva1 from the list of apps and choose Don’t Optimize and tap on DONE.
  • Exit Settings and open the Urva1 application.
  • Open task and tap on CHECK-IN.
  • You will be able to perform tasks on URVA.
