To download the visit permission report, please follow the steps below:- 

1. From URVA home page, click on Advanced Reports under the Analysis section. 
   
2. Click on the Config/View button under the Visit Permission Report card. 
   
3. Select the level, such as Territory, Stage, Username, Date, and Update (Timeframe).
   
4. Click on the SUBMIT button, and the file will be viewed/exported in Excel format.
