View User Summary Report

View User Summary Report

User Summary report is an important tool in comparing and analyzing the user's performance for a defined period of time (week, month and customized time period). In this report, one can view the number of tasks, distance traveled, users have marked the attendance late according to their shift timing etc.

View the report following below steps:

  1. From URVA home page, go to User Reports under the Analysis

  2. You can choose the User Summary report.

  3. A pop-up window will appear and select Activity, Users, Buffer Value (in minutes). (Buffer Value is optional)

  4. Select the time period for which you want to view the data under Duration.

  5. Click on Submit and data will be viewed on screen.
