Create Subscribers one by one: A subscriber is a non-user of URVA, basically, a person who doesn't have access to either URVA mobile app or web console but still wants an update on any activity.

Let's take an example: employees who are not directly heading a team want an update on activities happening, e.g., sales have done or visits done, but they don't have a URVA ID. Users can add them as subscribers so they can receive updates on activities on the ground via SMS or email. These SMS or emails can be customized to meet the needs of the process.

To create a subscriber ID manually, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. From URVA Home Page, click on the Subscribers module under Identity management.

2. Click on the plus '+ NEW' icon and choose the create option to add subscribers manually.

3. Fill in the following details:

• Name- This is an alphanumeric field. Enter the Full Name of the user here.

• Email ID- This is a mandatory field and it is required to provide an email ID in the correct format.

• Mobile- Number: This is a mandatory field and it is required to provide a mobile number in the correct format.
  
  

4. After entering all of the information, click Submit to create the subscriber.
   
   

Create subscribers in bulk:

Subscribers can be created in bulk by uploading an Excel file and following these steps:

1. From URVA Home Page, click on the Subscribers module under Identity management.

2. Click on the plus '+ NEW' icon and choose the Upload option to add subscribers in bulk.

3. Click on the template to download the excel template.

4. Fill in the following details:

1. Name- This is an alphanumeric field. Enter the Full Name of the user here.

2. Email ID- This is a mandatory field and it is required to provide an email ID in the correct format.

3. Mobile- Number: This is a mandatory field and it is required to provide a mobile number in the correct format.
   
   

5. Drop the file and click on the Upload option to create subscribers in bulk.
