View & Export Distance Traveled Report
The Distance Traveled Report provides an overview of the distance covered by a user during their shift in a day. This report helps in tracking user movement and ensuring operational transparency.
The distance is calculated in two ways:
- Logged Visits: The app captures the tagged location when a user logs a visit at the customer's location.
- Live Location Tracking: The app periodically captures live locations and calculates the distance when the user is logged in.
Steps to Export the Report:
- Go to Analysis and select User Reports.
- Choose Config to export the report directly or View to preview the data in the portal.
- Select the relevant activity and users.
- Under Duration, specify the time period for which you need the report.
