View & download Target Reports Period Wise
A manager can view the Targets Reports (Period Wise Report) of field users in a single report. Keeping track of targets achieved by the team is one of the major tasks for a manager. URVA helps you in analyzing the target reports to take better decisions regarding the team.
To view or download this report, follow these steps:
From URVA home page, under the Analysis, Users will find Target Reports.
Under the Target Report, users can choose the Period wise target report by clicking on the View.
A configuration page will appear. Select the Supervisor and then choose the "By Territory" option if the user wants to see the report based on territories or you can choose the report "By user" if the user wants to see the reports based on Users.
Select the Activity and then hierarchy accordingly.
Afterward, select User, Goal, and Occurrence by selecting the option "By Goal" or the user can select "By Target" to view reports target-wise.
Finally, click on Submit.
Report data will be visible on the screen.
Click the Export option from the Bottom right corner.
The report will get downloaded in excel form.
Also, users can get the graph of the report by clicking on the graph icon in the upper right corner.
