View Customer based on assigned route
URVA’s beat plan feature makes it simple for users to navigate between customer locations. By choosing a specific date, users can view a map showing all the customer's location they need to visit, helping them complete tasks more efficiently.
With the floating action button (FAB) in the beat plan, users can easily bring up a map that shows their customer route, making daily visits more organized and easier to manage
Here are the steps to utilize the beat plan route feature:
- Log in to the URVA app.
- From Work, Navigate to the Beat Plan at the bottom.
- Choose the desired date for which you want to view the customers.
- The app will display all customer that are assigned to you on the selected date based on the route.
- Look for the floating action button (FAB) on the screen and click on it. (Refer screenshots)
- The app will display a route map indicating all the locations where tasks need to be performed for the selected date.
- Click on any location on the map to see the details of the customer at that location.
- Navigate to the selected location. Once at the location, complete the tasks as planned.
