Use Call Scripts on the Cloud Call Screen

If the user initiates a call using URVA calling, the application presents call scripts from which the user can select one to follow during the conversation.

To open the script during the call, please follow the steps below:-

  1. From the URVA home page, click on the Work module. 
  2. Click on the form where the tasks have been assigned.
  3. Click on the Action button against the task. 
  4. Click on the From URVA Voice button. 
  5. Click on the Script button. 
  6. Click on the script format that you want to use during the conversation.
